FACILITATION FOR SYSTEMS CHANGE

I work with groups to design and facilitate processes that serve their highest goals.

There’s a world of difference between slogging through a meeting just to get to the other side, and bringing your whole self to participate in a process that is truly collaborative. When group members have space to listen well and engage fully, the whole group benefits. The decisions, products and outcomes of the process also tend to be stronger, more inspired and more nuanced.

I take a holistic approach to facilitation, cultivating group processes that are effective, efficient, empowering and equitable. As a facilitator, I strive to equalize the airtime so that all participants can offer their perspective for the benefit of the whole, especially voices that have historically been pushed to the margins. People bring their gifts and expertise in a variety of ways, and I work with all of what’s in the room to tap into the group’s collective wisdom and arrive at the best possible outcome.

I have over two decades of experience facilitating meetings, strategic planning retreats, and trainings in consensus and facilitation. I also have a passion for organizational development, and love to help groups align their structure, process and culture with their mission and values.

Depending on the time commitment involved, I’m available to facilitate both ongoing group work and one-off meetings and events.
