ABOUT ME
I’m a facilitator, mediator, grief worker and organizational consultant who’s been engaged in movement building work for over two decades. I live in Portland, Oregon, gratefully residing on the ancestral lands of the Multnomah, Tualatin Kalapuya, Wasco, Cowlitz, Clackamas, Molalla, Kathlamet, Bands of Chinook, and many other tribes who have stewarded this land since time immemorial.
This website is a landing page for my group process offerings, which operate at the intersections of group process work, organizational development, conflict transformation, grief and healing.
This work is informed by my 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, where I've worn many hats including community organizer, campaign strategist, coalition facilitator, development director, executive director, co-director, and consultant. I've worked with a diversity of organizations both urban and rural, local and national, on issues like climate justice, immigrant rights, private prison industry divestment, homelessness, and food systems.
While I love a good power mapping session, I’m also passionate about tending to our hearts and spirits so we can collectively build the capacity we need to care for each other as we build a better world.
As a grief worker and workshop facilitator, I draw from many years of experience practicing mindfulness meditation, group facilitation, holistic medicine, and Earth-based ritual. I’ve been facilitating grief work in the tradition of the Work That Reconnects since 2017, when I completed the WTR Facilitator Development Program. I’m certified as a Death Doula through the Conscious Dying Collective, and am a certified Mediator through East County Resolutions.
I find great joy in long hikes, carpentry, river swimming, botanizing in alpine meadows, and spending time with chosen family.
